Here you stand on top of the world, the lights of Silay, Talisay and in times when the trees are trimmed, Bacolod and even Bago, on your feet. Here, you can reach for the moon, especially when it is full.
“Here” is the Guerrero Farm and Nature Park in Cabatangan, Talisay city, a rolling and sprawling 30 hectare property that is slowly rising as a resort, with a swimming pool, cottages and rooms – all built on the land as nature had permitted it.
Owned by Geodetic Engineer Boy and garden lover Hazelyn Guerrero the place is at 1,500 feet above sea level, and is host to what is deemed the biggest collection of cacti and succulents that count over 400 varieties, over 30 varieties of conifers, rare plants and flowers, a collection of citrus and fruit and forest tree.*
